The first BCS Poll is out for college football and this is what happens in a world run by computers! 1 Alabama, 2 FSU (excuse me but, Oregon people?), 3 Oregon (like I said, computers?), 4 Ohio State, 5 Missouri, 6 Stanford (thank you computers!), 7 Miami, 8 Baylor, 9 Clemson and 10 Texas Tech. (Auburn #11, Virginia Tech #14)
I hate to be a contrarian (not really) but please tell me how Oregon is not at least #2? The computer rankings! Well, Oregon has the tougher schedule ahead with 12 UCLA, 6 Stanford and the civil war with Oregon State. And then possibly a rematch in the Pac 12 Championship game. Winning as always takes care of everything. I personally would like to see Oregon and FSU, like watching video game football. Maybe Auburn can take care of Bama in the Iron Bowl? I am over the SEC and want to see the Pac 12 get their due. How about a Pac 12 – ACC match up for a change? Many more games to be played so until we move onto to the new system in 2014, this is what we have, the BCS! GO DUCKS! Would not mind seeing Stanford back in the mix as well!
Meanwhile, Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos have taken the filed in Indy. Nice welcome from the Indy crowd for Peyton. Nice acknowledgement from Peyton Manning as well. Broncos up 7 – 3 early. So want to see the Broncos win this game! Go Peyton!
