The focus now shifts from Atlanta, Georgia to Augusta, Georgia. That unique golf tournament known simply as The Masters begins on Thursday of this week.
Atlanta did a wonderful job of rolling out the southern hospitality mat to welcome the college basketball world for the Final Four. Some really great events went on in and around the actual basketball tournament. The college gameday crew broadcast live from Atlantic Station, a really cool place, in midtown. Concerts in Centennial park. On Sunday, free concerts by Sting and Dave Matthews Band. Really, what more could you want?
Now, we head a bit south to Augusta, Georgia and get ready to see if Tiger Woods, once again the world #1 golfer, can win his fifth Masters championship. Rory, Phil, Luke all the greats are there. Coverage begins on Thursday and Friday on golf channel and continues on ESPN.
