How about those Atlanta Braves! The Atlanta Braves took both games yesterday in a double header vs. the Rockies in Colorado. The first game was a “make-up” game for one that had been postponed due to snow (Yuk, in late April no less!). Anyhow, the Braves won the first game, 4 – 3. The wrapped up the doubleheader with a huge 11 – 2 victory. And of course, we cannot ignore the Upton brothers! Both Uptons (BJ and Justin) homered, back to back again and Justin is really putting on a show with eleven home runs already this year! Gotta love the Braves and the Upton brothers. In other Atlanta Braves news, Jason Heyward is on the fifteen day DL after undergoing an emergency appendectomy. Jason has struggled this year, only hitting a dismal .121. Hope he gets well soon and comes back better than ever!
