Still reeling from Wacky Wednesday at Wimbledon and Surviving “Paradise”

Well, I am still reeling from wacky Wednesday at Wimbledon yesterday, especially the shocking exit of my beloved Roger Federer in the second round (gosh, the earth just tilted on its axis!).  Interestingly, due to some really stressful and painful encounters I have been having to deal with over the past year that have taken a toll, Federer’s loss yesterday actually helped me in a way.  It was shocking and sad, but not damaging to me.  I know it was shocking and painful to Roger Federer as well, but he will be OK.  He told us so in his post match interview.  I think I will be OK too!  Which brings me on Thursday to the task I was supposed to do on Wednesday but did not, plug my book Surviving “Paradise” by Susan Willoch Shaver.  It is a hilarious story about neighborhood mayhem in southwest Florida, full of humor and witty satire.  Please check it out at Amazon.com.  The paperback is $9.99, the kindle edition is $3.03 (although a friend just called me and informed me Amazon had raised theSurviving Paradise price to $4.99?) and at Barnes and Noble nook for $4.99.  It is just the recipe for a light, breezy read guaranteed to lift your spirit with a huge dose of laughter…remember laughter is good for the soul!
