Sunday morning catch-up…

Happy Veterans Day!

Late night College Football did not produce any more upsets.  4 Notre Dame defeated Boston College, 21 – 6;  18 UCLA prevailed over Washington State, 44 – 26; and 3 Oregon rolled behind 6 touchdown passes by freshman QB Mariota to fend off California 59 – 17.  The game was surprisingly tight until mid 3rd quarter.  Will be interesting to await the rankings throughout today and tonight!

Full slate of NFL action today!  Undefeated Atlanta Falcons travel to New Orleans to take on rival Saints who are struggling.  This is a game that can always be hard fought and contentious.  The Manning brothers are also in action early today, Peyton and the Broncos will take on Carolina and the Panthers led by Cam Newton; Eli and the Giants will visit the Bengals in Cincinnati.

Sunday Night Football offers a very good game, Houston (7-1) vs. Chicago(7-1).  Both these teams are playing great football, some even think the Bears are the best team in the NFL right now.  (Disrespectful to the Atlanta Falcons, since they are currently the only undefeated team!!)  Still, season is at half way point, so a long…..way to go!

MNF features Kansas City at Pittsburgh. (Maybe not so good?)

A lot going on today.  College Polls, ATP Year End Tour semifinals, and all the NFL action!

Back later…
