Two MLB legends pass

Last week much of the sport coverage was on the doping (Lance) and the duping (Te’o) and while this was getting so much press, two huge MLB legends passed away.  Stan Musial, long time outfielder with the St. Louis Cardinals, a legend there, passed away at the age of 92.  He was a first ballot Hall of Famer, seven time batting champ, and never a hint of controversy touched him.  Also, Ed Weaver, long time manager of the Baltimore O’s and a Hall of Fame member passed away at age 82.  Two exemplary and much beloved ambassadors of their sport died last week and baseball loyalists remember and mourn.
